Our top concern continues to be the health and safety of our patients, guests, and staff members. Please abide by these instructions so that everyone is safe.

·         No visitors will be allowed into the hospital who has recently tested positive for COVID, has been exposed to COVID, or has any symptoms of COVID that have recently appeared or gotten worse.

·         Visitors are required to always keep their hospital-issued security pass visible while they are there.

·         Except in high-risk circumstances (SICU visits) or at the request of a patient or staff member taking part in a therapeutic encounter, masking is not mandatory for patients, visitors, or employees.

 

Outpatient department - One visitor is permitted to accompany adult patients to a doctor's appointment in the outpatient department.

Two visitors may accompany pediatric patients to their appointment.

 

On the day of surgery - Only one visitor is allowed from the time of arrival until the patient's procedure, after which the visitor is free to wait in the waiting area of the surgery center. No visitors are allowed in the recuperation room (PACU).

 

Adult inpatients may have up to one visitor at their bedside during the hours of 10:00 am to 11:00 am and 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily. Throughout visiting hours, more visitors may cycle and wait in the lobby. All visitors must be at least 18 years old.

 

 

Hospital Rules and Guidelines for Visitors

 

·         Charges apply for parking within the hospital complex.

·         Please turn off your phone and do not make any calls.

·         Respect privacy by refraining from taking any pictures, movies, or video calls.

·         If you have been  feeling under the weather , avoid visiting the hospital.

·         Never help patients get out of bed. Ask a staff member for assistance.

·         Engage all patients in pleasant, low-key discussions.
